Design Sensibility
Specialized Veteran Artisans
Our team includes 10 master artisans who have spent 15 years doing one thing each: hand-weaving rope, precision-welding aluminum frames, or cutting joinery in Burmese teak. When a designer sends us a specification sheet, the person reading it has built that exact type of furniture before.
Fully Bespoke Custom Manufacturing
Behind the craft is a process designed for repeatable quality. Aluminum frames use 6063-T5 alloy at 2.0mm wall. Before powder coating, every frame runs through a 9-stage chemical line — degreasing, etching, zirconium passivation, multiple deionized water rinses — then electrostatic coating with outdoor-grade polyester powder. Salt spray resistance lands between 500h (inland) and 1,000h (coastal). Teak pieces are joined with traditional mortise and tenon, no shortcuts.

Our fabrics run a five-tier matrix from Sunbrella at the top to iLan at entry level. If your project needs PFAS-free compliance for the European market, we can do that. If it needs to survive a Saudi summer on a rooftop terrace, we know which grade to recommend.
